Rates & Booking Information

Our hostels feature single sexed/mixed dormitory style accommodation.

We have an age minimum of 18 years old to stay in the Oxford hostel.

We cater for young at heart, international travellers, and as such we ask that you produce your passport at check in.

Reservation Agreement:

• Reservations must be made prior to the day of arrival.
• Any changes to reservations must be made at least one week prior to arrival.

Rates:

Dormitories ranging from 4 beds to 18 beds.
Rates ranging from £12.00 to £19.00

Weekly rates available from £70.00*

For group booking enquiries (5 or more) please contact the relevant Hostel Manager with your requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

Both Hostels have the same cancellation policy as stated below.
Please do not hesitate to contact us at oxford@hostels.co.uk should you require any clarification of the policies.

Policy for single party/parties of up to 5:
A person(s) booking for one night or more must supply the relevant backpackers with a valid and current credit card number at the time of booking**

Should the person(s) cancel with 48 hours notice prior to arrival of the booking, nothing will be charged to the given credit card**

Should the person(s) cancel without 48 hours notification or not show then the full amount of the first night stay will be debited from the given credit card**

** in both instances the entire booking will then be cancelled completely should more than one night be booked.

Group Bookings
Any booking for parties of 5 or more needs to be booked by the relevant hostel manager.

At the time of booking the party we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The outstanding balance will be paid at least 7days before arrival dates. This is also non-refundable.
